The Board of Directors of the Dairy Processors Association of Canada/Association des Transformateurs Laitiers du Canada (DPAC/ATLC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jacques Lefebvre as the new President and Chief Executive Officer.
“Mr. Lefebvre brings a wealth of association, advocacy and public affairs experience to DPAC/ATLC at this crucial time in the Canadian dairy industry. We look forward to Jacques’ leadership to elevate the dairy processing voice as we work with government and industry partners to grow and modernize the Canadian dairy industry spurring economic growth, job creation and prosperity,” said Dino Dello Sbarba, Chairman of the Board.

His leadership allowed the industry to navigate the waters of a very dynamic environment” said Mr. Dello Sbarba. Don will continue supporting DPAC/ATLC as a senior advisor during the transition.
Background
Jacques Lefebvre’s career spans over 25 years and includes experience in journalism, strategic affairs, communications, government and stakeholder relations. Jacques has held senior executive positions with national member organizations, both in the business and not-for-profit sectors. Earlier in his career, Jacques worked as a journalist covering a broad spectrum of issues, including politics as a national affairs reporter. He has also held senior positions with federal Cabinet Ministers.
