DPAC welcomes the announcement of the Liberal Cabinet appointments for the 44th session of Parliament.
Canada’s dairy processors would like to congratulate the Hon. Marie-Claude Bibeau for her reappointment as Minister of Agriculture and Agri-Food. The dairy processing industry has appreciated the collaborative approach Minister Bibeau has previously taken in this role and looks forward to continuing to work with her on the important issue of CUSMA trade compensation, as well as work with provincial ministers in developing a Grocery Code of Conduct.
We look forward to working with the Ministers appointed today, and all Members of Parliament, to create an environment that supports a thriving, sustainable Canadian dairy industry.
